1. Order Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices may change without prior notice; however, once your order is confirmed, the agreed price stays valid.
2. Advance Payment Policy
- 50% advance is required on customised / made-to-order articles.
- For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat Rs. 250 delivery charge is required in advance.
- For orders above Rs. 2,000, advance is required as follows:
- 15% advance on orders above Rs. 2,000
- 20% advance on orders above Rs. 4,000
- 25% advance on orders above Rs. 6,000
- 35% advance on orders above Rs. 8,000
- 50% advance on orders above Rs. 10,000
- Once you place your order, our representative will share payment details.
- Customers must share a screenshot/proof of payment for verification.
- If payment proof is not shared within the required time, the order may be cancelled automatically by the brand.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.
- After 8 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, and the advance payment will be non-refundable.
- Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or customized, it cannot be cancelled.
- Advance payments for customized / made-to-order articles are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be made through our official channels (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email).
- The brand reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and the advance (if paid) may be refunded.
- Any customer repeatedly placing orders and cancelling may be restricted from future purchases.
- Delivery/shipping charges (if paid in advance) are non-refundable in case of cancellation initiated by the customer.
