Shipping Policy
- Local delivery time is 6–7 working days.
- International delivery takes 12–15 working days. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.)
- Timelines may vary slightly during sales, seasonal peaks, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
- Delivery charges (local & international) will be calculated and shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Please do not accept an unsealed, opened, or damaged package. Contact us immediately if this happens.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers are required to pay exactly the amount mentioned in the confirmation message/receipt. We are not responsible if a rider demands any extra amount.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We take great care in ensuring the quality of every product before dispatch.
- Return or exchange is possible only in case of:
- genuine damage, or
- wrong product received.
- Customers must share an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Our team will review and confirm whether it qualifies.
- The product must be returned exactly as received — unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Used products or products without packaging will not be accepted.
- Customized / made-to-order articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Approved returns must be sent back within 2 days from the date of approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
